Job Description

Delivery Head Modernization Migration Services (10+ years in delivery management, with at least 5 years focused on modernization and migration services.)

The Delivery Head for Modernization Migration Services will lead the successful delivery of modernization and migration projects across multiple client accounts. This role involves leveraging GenAI and automation tools to optimize workflows, shaping delivery strategy, mentoring teams, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of modernization and migration projects across client accounts.
- Develop and implement delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Leverage GenAI, AI/ML-based automation tools, and cloud technologies to enhance productivity.
- Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure continuous delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical expertise.
- Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team.
- Design and maintain reusable playbooks for modernization activities.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery-related concerns.
- Establish a robust structure for delivery engagements, optimizing resource utilization.
