What You'll Do

As a Delivery Lead, you will:

- Take full ownership of delivering multiple high-stakes client engagementsfrom discovery and planning to deployment and beyond.
- Lead and mentor a team of 23 Senior Software Engineers, promoting a culture of speed, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Act as the key liaison for senior client stakeholders (Founders, CXOs), ensuring strong relationships and clear alignment between client goals and technical delivery.
- Drive agile project management practicesdefining roadmaps, managing risks, ensuring deadlines are met, and project objectives are achieved.
- Guide the technical strategy, ensuring sound system architecture and engineering trade-offs that meet real business needs.
- Deliver AI-powered products that create tangible impact, while also establishing repeatable, scalable delivery processes.

- AI Freight Broker:Lead the development of a generative AI-powered freight matching platform that autonomously pairs demand with supply and fixes rates in real time.
- Investor Copilot:Collaborate with financial institutions to develop systems that generate customized research and insights for investors and analysts.
- AI Career Coach:Manage delivery of a multi-agent platform offering resume building, job discovery, mock interviews, and personalized career advice via a single chat interface.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong project and delivery management skills, including mastery of agile methodologies, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and the ability to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes. Equally important is stakeholder managementyou'll be expected to build trust with senior clients, align technical solutions with business goals, and communicate progress effectively. Team leadership is also crucial, as you'll guide and mentor a team of senior engineers, foster a culture of ownership, and remove roadblocks to performance. Technical Requirements

- Languages & Frameworks:Proficient in Python with strong hands-on experience using Django (Must Have)
- Cloud Infrastructure:AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) (Must Have)
- Databases:PostgreSQL (Must Have)
- APIs:Flask or FastAPI (Should Have)
- LLMs:Experience with LLMs and Langchain for agent orchestration (Should Have)
- Frontend:Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript or React (Nice to Have)

Qualifications

- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and technical delivery roles.
- B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Computer Science or related fields (preferred from Tier 1 institutes such as IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.).
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and leading end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
- Bonus if you've worked in consulting, client-facing roles, or high-growth startup environments.
- Passion for building impactful AI applications and designing scalable system architectures.
