Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to oversee and facilitate the delivery of our projects.

The ideal candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate agile ceremonies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client accounts, including governance, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and clients to maintain alignment and strong working relationships.
  • Ensure delivery processes align with Agile methodologies and industry standards.
  • Establish and promote an Agile Center of Excellence (COE), coaching team members on Agile frameworks and fostering agile adoption.
  • Support sales teams through proposal development and technical insights.

Key Qualifications:

Achievable Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, specifically in Data & Analytics, Big Data, or Business Intelligence projects.
  • Expertise in Scrum practices and artifacts, including user stories, backlog refinement, and testing strategies.
  • Proven experience using Jira or similar tools for project tracking and issue management.

Necessary Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and project delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Solid understanding of software development and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability delivering data-driven projects and predictive analytics solutions with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data governance, privacy, compliance, and AI/data frameworks.
  • Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and tools.
