Job Title: Agile Team Lead Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Lead Specialist to join our team. As an Agile Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading distributed Agile teams in an offshore onsite model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions using Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the team.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum, or software development.
  • Strong experience in leading distributed Agile teams in an offshore onsite model.
  • Proven expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
  • Hands-on experience working with API-driven projects, microservices, and cloud deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master CSM or SAFe certification.
  • Experience working with financial services, banking, or API integrations.
