Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Specialist to lead our scrum teams in delivering solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

About the Role
  • Utilize agile methodology, values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Coach, mentor, and support scrum teams to adhere to agile principles, values, and best practices.
  • Identify and prioritize tasks, issues, risks, and action items to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes to drive progress and collaboration.
  • Maintain a close eye on project progress and performance, providing guidance to teams for continuous improvement.
  • Organize demos and product/system testing to showcase solutions and gather feedback.
  • Ensure effective use of collaborative processes and remove impediments hindering team productivity.
  • Monitor project processes, deliverables, and financials to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Present status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project developments and achievements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a scrum master or equivalent role.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
