Lead Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Quality Assurance team. As Lead Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the implementation of quality control processes, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure audit quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Quality Assurance analysts, providing guidance on auditing procedures and ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of quality control processes, including training programs for auditors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective audit practices.
  • Develop and manage performance metrics to measure audit quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; insurance certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) preferred.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a leadership role, with at least 4 years overseeing QA functions and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven expertise in underwriting processes and audit methodologies, with knowledge of global quality standards and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Background in shared services or BPO environments with global insurance carriers.
  • Experience working with or overseeing vendor QA teams.
  • Knowledge of tools used in underwriting operations and workflow management.
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones.
