As our Publisher Yield Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Publisher Management
  • Manage publisher profit/loss
  • Ensure optimal ad requests and inventory settings
Communication
  • Serve as key communicator and liaison with publishers and internal departments
Technical Oversight
  • Ensure ad requests and inventory settings are optimal
  • Work with Dev on publisher releases
Publisher Ad Layout Optimization
  • Provide recommendations for ad lay-outs to maximize yield and publisher KPI's
Publisher Onboarding
  • Work with SSP's to get sites whitelisted for programmatic monetization
  • Enhance yield with Pub Ops
Yield Analysis
  • Monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product
Optimization
  • Monitor partner and publisher performance and revenue streams
  • Optimize partner set-ups to increase revenue opportunities
Ad Operations
  • Set up DFP and SSP system settings for optimal yield
  • Manage SSP block lists and flooring
Reporting
  • Provide publisher weekly KPI's, weekly SSP reporting, block list reporting, and partner billing and reconciliation
PMP Management
  • Work with buyers to create deals and optimize them for best performance
Data Analysis/Publisher Decks
  • Analyze publisher and SSP data to report to Pub Dev and Programmatic Supervisor

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, analytical, adaptable, and resourceful skills, along with industry knowledge and relevant experience.

Requirements include an undergraduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence, and 2-3 years of experience in online advertising/web analytics, with expertise in DFP ad server, SSP UI/Applications, and Header Bidding Ad Tech.
