  • A minimum 2 years of experience in leading IT staffing or contract staffing practices.
  • A proven track record of maximizing revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Strong academic credentials and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to collaborate as a long-term partner with shared commitment.
