Administration Professional Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration professional to lead our office operations in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of facilities management, including soft-services, maintenance, logistics, employee transport, cafeteria services, physical security, and EHS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing office set-up in a fast-paced environment, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring high service levels, and maintaining good working relations with employees and associates.

  • Manage and coordinate office operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Oversee facilities services & overall upkeep of the facility.
  • Coordinate & oversee maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure & Maintain high service levels and responsiveness for office facilities & employee requests.

This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate efficient office operations by coordinating logistics, transportation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing EHS policies and procedures.
