HR and Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Office Administrator to support our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and general office operations.
  • Support the India HR team with employment contracts, agreements, IT system requirements, onboarding processes, exit interviews, payroll, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, including joining forms, leaves, attendance, and other HR-related records on Workday.
  • Coordinate new employee induction processes, site inventory, and health and safety initiatives within India.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and legal requirements by updating personnel files and producing employee correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
