We are looking for a highly skilled compensation and variable pay professional to join our organization.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Compensation module, including salary planning, compensation worksheets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and budget modeling. You will also design and manage compensation templates, cycle setup, XML configuration, and workflow rules.

A key aspect of the role is developing compensation statements and handling merit, promotion, and adjustment scenarios. Additionally, you will integrate with Employee Central or other core HR systems for seamless data flow.

In terms of Variable Pay, you will design and implement Variable Pay programs, including bonus plans, eligibility rules, business goals, and payout modeling. This will involve configuring bonus calculation formulas, eligibility profiles, and lookup tables, as well as creating Variable Pay templates and managing cycle processing and approval workflows.

You will work closely with the business to ensure alignment of variable pay programs with performance and business results. Other responsibilities include gathering requirements from HR and business stakeholders, performing data validation, UAT support, and go-live activities, creating user documentation, and delivering training sessions to HR teams.

Required skills include strong hands-on configuration skills in SuccessFactors Compensation cycle setup, budgeting, eligibility rules, and XML-based templates. A deep understanding of Variable Pay plan design, business goal mapping, and payout logic is also necessary. Additionally, experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), compensation statements, and integration with EC is required.

Excellent communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders are essential. SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation and Variable Pay is preferred. Experience in global compensation planning and multi-currency environments is a plus. Familiarity with Advanced Reporting (ORD/Canvas) or Integration Center is also beneficial.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can effectively communicate complex compensation and benefits concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
