About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Global Travel Coordinator.

  • Create customized holiday itineraries for clients, incorporating hotels, flights, activities, and local experiences based on their preferences and budget requirements.
  • Ensure seamless travel arrangements by handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other logistical aspects.
  • Oversee the entire holiday booking process to guarantee accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to address queries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to bookings and itinerary changes efficiently.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS TO SECURE COMPETITIVE RATES AND EXCELLENT SERVICE QUALITY.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and regulatory changes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
  • Experience in handling hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries.
  • A solid understanding of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, activities, and more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to problem-solve and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for travel and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
