Global Travel Security Professional

This role requires an individual who can oversee travel operations, manage risk, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Control and direct travel operations worldwide
    • Communicate with teams, vendors, clients, and other professionals during emergencies and routine situations
    • Understand, compile, and follow security procedures
    • Document missions and update work management software
    • Understand operational information and create proper intra-shift briefs and exchanges
    • Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefs, both internally and externally
    • Participate in frequent training sessions and exercises to ensure expertise
    • Conduct research and screen for major global events affecting client interests
    • Conduct after-action debriefs to identify best practices
  • Requirements:
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to take decisions in high-pressure situations
    • Clear, effective communication and decision-making under fast-paced conditions
    • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and complete projects in a time-sensitive and demanding environment
    • High degree of discretion and confidentiality
    • Team-player with a high level of independence
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and quick learning ability for client/work management platforms and monitoring tools
    • Awareness of global events in the security and geopolitical field
    • Cultural sensitivity
