About this role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the launch of a global architecture and design firm's flagship Indian studio. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the studio culture, strategy, and growth from inception.
As the local office head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan that drives revenue objectives in accordance with local market targets. You will also manage key accounts, obtain and maintain commissions, and develop a sustained track record of securing new clients and opportunities.
- Manage architectural projects at all work stages to ensure desired results within the company's quality management system.
- Coordinate workflow between the Mumbai office and other global offices on joint projects.
- Contribute to the business through consistent profits on sustainable fee turnover for projects under your direction.
- Report monthly accounts through the company's global practice management systems.
You will be working closely with globally recognized studios and leadership teams to deliver international-standard Commercial, Data Center, and Mixed-use projects. The successful candidate will have excellent client relationship, business development, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects. Prior experience working with or collaborating with international design firms is highly valued.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a 5-day work week. The location will be in a central/well-connected area such as Andheri/Bandra.
You will be required to travel to UK and Europe on company business, and must hold a valid passport. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
