Global SAP SuccessFactors Transformation Expert

As a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Transformation Expert, you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge, global transformation programs for our esteemed clients. This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to drive transformative SAP SuccessFactors projects in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive understanding of SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules and provide expert advice to clients.
  2. Design and deliver solution documentation, advisory presentations, and training sessions for global customers.
  3. Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  4. Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions to drive business outcomes.
  5. Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos to showcase expertise.
  6. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, providing AMS support as needed, and stepping into the Project Manager role when required.
  7. Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team and conducting performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources.
  8. Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals to demonstrate value proposition.
  9. Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status and contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars.
  10. Travel onsite for customer engagements as necessary and lead the growth of the SAP SuccessFactors practice, scaling headcount with business demand.
  11. Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  12. Report regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the SAP Practice Head.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting.
  • Proven Subject Matter Expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process.
  • Strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications.
  • Broad knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite; exposure to Time Tracking & Payroll is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments.
  • Solid consulting background in SuccessFactors Advisory, Process Audits, and Best Practice Design.
  • Pre-Sales experience: RFPs, solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and demos.
