SAP SuccessFactors Professional Required

With 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll, you will be able to leverage our solutions to optimize HR and payroll processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to configure, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll to meet business needs.
  • Manage integrations between Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and third-party systems.
  • Support business users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Payroll Configuration: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll to meet business needs.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Support business users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes.

Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.

Preferred Skills:

A strong background in the following areas is preferred:

  • Experience with Time Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules in SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools.
