SAP HCM SuccessFactors EC Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our SuccessFactors EC solutions.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects or contribute as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance.
  • Configure EC modules including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations, and Events.
  • Integrate EC with other SAP modules such as Payroll, Time, and LMS, and third-party systems.
  • Migrate data, validate it, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop training programs and documentation for end-users and client stakeholders.
  • Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Time, Payroll, and Talent Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC.
  • Prior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is an asset.
  • Deep understanding of EC modules such as Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info, and Global Benefits.
  • Familiarity with Integration Center, OData API, and Middleware tools like SAP CPI and Dell Boomi.
  • Strong grasp of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
