Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a key player in implementing Oracle HCM solutions. This role requires exceptional project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise.

This is a highly specialized position that involves the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM across various modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and configuring and customizing software solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation process for Oracle HCM, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to support the adoption of Oracle HCM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance Oracle HCM systems, identifying opportunities for process improvements and working with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience with implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools and data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
