Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

You will be responsible for configuring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements, documenting configurations, and working closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
  • Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
