Cloud HCM Functional Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. As a functional lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our cloud-based human capital management system.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle and at least 4 end-to-end implementations of which 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert working experience in Core HR & ORC Modules
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow
  • Client-facing roles with strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills, organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
  • Leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager
  • Identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems, frequent interaction with clients around specific work efforts/deliverables
  • Domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle
  • At least 4 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud
  • Expert working experience in Core HR & ORC Modules
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow
