Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including payroll, benefits, time and absence, and talent management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. They should have strong knowledge of business processes, requirement gathering, and functional design specification documents. The ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
  • Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
  • Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
  • Identify as-is processes and to-be processes
  • Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the Business Processes
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience with SME skill in either of the following modules:
