Job Title: Telecom Engineer - Cloud Contact Center Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer to join our team as a Cloud Contact Center Expert. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecommunications systems, network architecture, and cloud computing. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Telecom Engineer will work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals. They will establish implementation strategies and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will also negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services. Additionally, they will develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Establish implementation strategy and metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in telecom engineering, preferably in cloud contact center solutions.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, network architecture, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms are advantageous.
