Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As an Associate Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the development of a Cloud Center of Excellence (COE) environment leveraging AWS technologies.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves AWS service issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Manages AWS services, working with internal service groups as required to ensure system availability meets project requirements.
  • Designing, building, and deploying cloud solutions using various cloud services and platforms (AWS).
  • Providing guidance and technical expertise on cloud adoption, migration, and optimization.
  • Develop scripts to automate systems administration and monitoring activities.
  • Provide technical support on AWS-related issues, monitor solutions, and implement appropriate strategies to eliminate performance bottlenecks.
  • Works with Infrastructure and Product teams on issues related to AWS design and architecture and assists with Proof-of-Concept development and testing.
  • Works with peers within and beyond the Operations team to define and characterize complex technology or process problems and develop & implement new solutions.
  • As needed, assist with the development of Operations white papers, proposals, and other documentation.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
