This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and its associated tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions. Additionally, experience with SQL, Data Migration, and Customization is essential.

  • Technical or Functional Consultant with 5-18 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Expertise in HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, and Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
