Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to join our team as a Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build Fast formulas. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and design and develop solutions.

The consultant will also participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities, and provide ongoing production support and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
  • Strong understanding of functional business processes and technical capabilities
  • Ability to design, implement, configure, and support OTL functionalities
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
