Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog ; manage Agile ceremonies.
  • Elicit and document requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, PRD/BRD/FRD).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings , and customer feedback to refine roadmap.
  • Partner with QA on UAT , test scenarios, and release readiness.
  • Drive Salesforce solution design aligned to healthcare workflows and compliance.
  • Identify and integrate GenAI/AI features with clear use-cases, guardrails, and ROI.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA/PHI and interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7).

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years as Business Analyst or Product Owner with end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering , documentation, and Agile practices.
  • Experience in Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred) and/or healthcare domain .
  • AI literacy or hands-on GenAI experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have: Salesforce certifications, healthcare interoperability knowledge (FHIR/HL7), familiarity with analytics tools.
