Business Analyst - Finance Planning and Analytics

About this Role:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance function by developing and maintaining financial models, preparing monthly investor reports, and providing data analytics insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare regular financial reports for investors, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance with 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High degree of ownership and accountability for deliverables
