Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning and analysis for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with at least 5 years of experience in managing tax audits, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Tax Audits and ensure accurate Statutory Compliance
  • Manage SEBI regulations, CARO, and Schedule III requirements effectively
  • Oversee Financial Reporting in compliance with Ind AS standards
  • Drive Internal Audit processes and implement best practices
  • Utilize SAP for all financial operations and reporting
  • Perform advanced financial analysis and reporting using Excel
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and manage timely MIS reports
  • Develop Budgeting, Forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes
  • Conduct periodic Financial Planning and performance reviews
  • Provide variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast
  • Support strategic decisions with detailed financial analysis
  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards using Excel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs for planning and forecasting
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting
  • Track key business KPIs and suggest improvements for financial efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, and MIS
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights

Bonus Points: If you have experience working with SAP or have certification in financial modeling, that's a plus
