Key Responsibilities of a Portfolio Analyst:

  • Present and analyze financial data utilizing charts, tables, and Excel.
  • Analyze financial reports, market, and asset performance to draw useful insights for investors.
  • Interpret information about yield, price, risk, stability, and other factors contributing to a financial asset's investment merits.
  • Gain a deep understanding of quantitative risk modeling to innovate and improve our commercial risk model & portfolio analytics.
  • Conduct unit economic and financial analysis.
  • Work closely with the data engineering and data science team to interpret, check, and source relevant metrics and data.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution with a minimum GPA of 8.0.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a front-office financial role, preferably in Investment Banking or Investment Due Diligence.
  • Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Exhibit a methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Be able to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge to solve problems.
  • Display an aptitude and interest in quantitative risk management, information technology, and emerging trends.
  • Be conscientious and focused on objectives, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results using MS Excel.

Preferred Locations: Remote or based in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, or Coimbatore.
