We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the analytics group, you will be responsible for uncovering valuable insights from data and using this information to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conversion & Journey Analytics: Develop and implement effective strategies to analyze customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Design and maintain clear, actionable dashboards that provide timely and accurate insights into business performance.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven forecasts and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by validating events and schema changes, and maintaining consistent metric definitions and documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics, preferably in eCommerce or consumer DTC, with a proven track record of driving conversion and revenue growth.
  • Expert SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery (or similar cloud warehouses).
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, with the ability to design intuitive, self-serve dashboards.
  • GA4 expertise, including event modeling, custom dimensions, funnels, UTMs, exploration reports, and reconciliation with platform data.
  • Scripting skills for analysis and automation, including Python or R for data wrangling, notebooks, and lightweight jobs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Shopify, Recharge (subscriptions), and Klaviyo (lifecycle/CRM) datasets, as well as hands-on experience with marketing attribution, MMM, or causal inference, and familiarity with GA4 analytics engineering tools and AI/ML use cases.
