Job Title: Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. As a strong team player with proficient communication skills, the ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities.

The consultant will work full time on the HR POD, attending daily stand-up calls and delivering stories within the sprint. They will collaborate closely with the SME to ensure that all requirements and designs are aligned with the IEEE framework and UAT support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.
  • Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads.
  • Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
  • Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution.
  • Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments.
  • Document configurations, processes, and change requests.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in Benefits.
  • Understanding of Benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
  • Proficiency in building/modifying Extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or Agile practices.
