About the Role

">
  • As a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist, you will engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify opportunities for enhancement using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • You will lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. You will also stay up-to-date on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends.
  • You will integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central, develop training materials and sessions for clients, and provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services.
  • Collaboration is key in this role - you will work closely with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mandatory.
