Job Description:

A Talent Acquisition Strategist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from identifying potential candidates to ensuring a smooth hiring process. This includes collaborating with hiring managers, creating accurate job descriptions, and determining key skills required for each role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Determine key skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each role.
  • Use multiple channels to identify potential candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, LinkedIn).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to fill future job openings.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance on interview processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about the company, role, and recruitment process.
  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates, even those not selected, for potential future opportunities.
  • Conduct skills assessments and background checks.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure objective and fair evaluations of candidates.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms, including compensation and benefits.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Provide recommendations for improving the recruitment process.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture and values.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract top talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidential candidate records and data in accordance with privacy regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Typically Contract for the first 6 months and would be made permanent according to the performance, with occasional weekends depending on the urgency of hiring needs.
