The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on succession planning, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead the recruitment process, utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and the hiring process from application to onboarding.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills, foster leadership development, and drive growth.
  • Maintain and update employee records, track leave, and monitor performance metrics using HRMS.
  • Handle employee data changes in HR systems, including personnel files and payroll processing.
  • Address employee conflicts, grievances, and performance issues while collaborating with senior management to resolve complex HR matters.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies in partnership with management.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment processes.
  • Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, full and final settlements, and reporting insights to management while maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Dependable, diligent, flexible, and results-oriented team player.
  • Solid knowledge of standard corporate HR policies and procedures.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
