Lead Analytics Initiative

We are seeking a results-driven analytics leader to spearhead impactful initiatives and partner with global clients. As a key member of our team, you will drive business growth through data-driven solutions and mentor a high-performing team of analysts.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics, including at least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Excel, as well as hands-on experience with hypothesis testing, MMM, and predictive modeling.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
  • BFSI domain experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in analytics leadership roles, including people management experience.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau, and Excel, as well as hands-on experience with hypothesis testing, MMM, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Experience working in the BFSI domain, with knowledge of industry-specific regulations and trends.
  • Certifications in analytics tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
