Job Title: Data Science Leader About the Role:This position requires a strong background in machine learning, with experience in building and implementing large-scale predictive models to solve business problems. The ideal candidate will bring insights and identify additional opportunities from data and machine learning to market, and have experience working with data science teams. Your Day-to-Day:In this role, you will design, develop, and implement data-driven strategies and AI/ML models for transaction expense reduction, improving authorization rates, platform availability, and reducing latency. You will also create innovative features and data for payment models, execute and deliver impact, align with stakeholders, and implement these capabilities. Requirements:The successful candidate will have a master's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.). They will have 10-15 years of experience in IT and 6+ years of relevant industry experience with demonstrable skill and aptitude for navigating ambiguity by research and applying core ML knowledge. Key Skills:The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, explainable AI methods, neural networks, logistics/linear regression, tree-based methods, and NLP.
