Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our data science team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in data science, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP), with a solid educational background in data science, mathematics, and statistics.

This role requires proficiency in the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, experience with Flask, and strong proficiency in Python are essential. The candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data science and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. This includes utilizing deep learning and NLP techniques to extract insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
  • Design, develop, and implement data science and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Utilize deep learning and NLP techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Oversee the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and generative AI technologies.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of machine learning models and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data science processes, models, and algorithms.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the adoption of best practices for data science and machine learning.
