Job Description:

As a leader in data analytics, you will play a key role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development of Power BI dashboards from requirement gathering to deployment and training.
  • Designing and developing interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely delivery of reporting requirements.
  • Quality and accuracy of analytics outputs.
  • Continuous improvement in Power BI dashboard design, usability, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience with Power Automate workflows.
