Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with data visualization tools and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • IDentify business problems that can be solved through data analysis and visualization
  • Work with stakeholders to understand these problems and develop solutions
  • Extract data from relevant sources and perform data cleaning and validation
  • Develop automated scripts for cleaning and validation
  • Assess data quality and identify ways to improve it
  • Provide inputs to the team to improve data collection and validation at the point of capture
  • Migrate data between source and target systems
  • Create data visualizations to drive decision-making
  • Build and maintain data repositories
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization
  • Understanding of databases, analytics applications, and programming languages such as Python and R
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and emails
  • Ability to learn on the job and experiment with different technologies
  • Basic communication skills to respond to customers
  • Constructive thinking to deal with difficult situations
