Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to analytics projects for various organizations. This individual will combine advanced approaches with domain expertise to enhance business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage delivery of complex analysis-driven consulting projects or advanced analytics-driven AI/ML initiatives
  • Lead project delivery individually or collaboratively by gathering requirements, aligning on scope, designing the approach, generating a plan of action, executing delivery, and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Develop solutions from scratch and translate analytics outputs into actionable business solutions
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in developing efficient code in SQL/SAS
  • Experience with Excel and spreadsheets for data manipulation
  • Experience with PySpark production-level coding (valuable asset)
  • Intermediate to expert level of proficiency in coding with Python/R programming for data science
  • Sound understanding of statistical concepts like regression, Chi-square tests, hypothesis testing, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Awareness of US Healthcare industry, Data sources, Stakeholders, etc.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
