Drive Business Growth and Decision-Making through Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to play a crucial role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform strategic decisions, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Analyze revenue and cost drivers to identify areas of improvement and optimize business performance, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Review and analyze actual results against plans, providing key findings and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Create and present reports and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making, leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives to enhance the FP&A function, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Closely collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years or 5-12 years of experience in a corporate finance or IT industry setting, with prior experience in FP&A or business finance functions preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
