About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in the financial services space.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, efficient query resolution, and timely coordination of operations like NAV release, fee calculation, and fund transfers. A solid understanding of FPI regulations and strong problem-solving skills will set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen client relationships
- Coordinate with Fund Accountants, Operations, and Finance teams
- Handle subscription/redemption requests and fee calculations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and effective issue resolution
Requirements:
- MBA in Finance or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, ideally within Financial Services
- Strong knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
