Job Title: Senior Architectural Project Manager

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior architect to join our dynamic studio and take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for leading a team of architects/senior architects on projects from concept design to handover. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard, within budget and on time.

You will work closely with our clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a team of architects/senior architects on projects from concept design to handover
  • Manage the design and delivery of various project types in different settings
  • Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard, within budget and on time
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues as they arise during the project
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • An extensive portfolio of work, preferably in real estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field is required, with a master's degree being preferred.

In addition to your qualifications and experience, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex technical and design issues. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and be proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
