As a pivotal link between design, documentation and digital execution, the Architectural BIM Coordinator will blend hands-on BIM modeling and strategic oversight with team mentorship.

The role involves collaborating with project architects, designers and global studios to ensure seamless integration of design technology and BIM workflows across various project phases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects
  • Collaborating with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices
  • Modeling and managing complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases
  • Training, mentoring and supporting project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows
  • Developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates and content libraries
  • Conducting quality control checks for Revit models and ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Coordinating with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks
  • Facilitating inter-studio collaboration through federated models, cloud-based platforms and collaborative tools
  • Troubleshooting software issues and serving as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo and other design technology tools
  • Maintaining project documentation in alignment with firm-wide BIM protocols

Required qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role
  • A strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD)
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects – preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality or residential typologies
  • A working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Enscape or other visualization/scripting tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise with global teams, consultants and non-BIM stakeholders
  • Proactive, process-driven and able to balance both strategy and execution
