We are seeking candidates for the role of Lighting BIM Architect to join the team in Kalkaji, Delhi. This role focuses on working with BIM 360, Autodesk Docs, and lighting design projects. If you are in experienced professional in lighting design, with strong hand on Revit, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

1. BIM Modeling

  • Set up new Revit projects and templates.
  • Create custom lighting fixture families.
  • Manage models in BIM 360 and Autodesk Docs.
  • Work with architects and engineers to include lighting in overall designs.

2. Quality Checks

  • Review BIM work done by team members.
  • Make sure all models meet project standards.
  • Set up and follow quality check processes.

3. Lighting Design

  • Designing for lighting projects, from concept development to detailed design and documentation.
  • Accurately detailing lighting models to meet project requirements and industry standards

4. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with different teams to include lighting in building designs.
  • Share knowledge about lighting and BIM best practices.

5. Documentation

  • Prepare drawings, reports, and specs for lighting projects.
  • Give regular updates and reports to project managers or clients.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience of minimum 3 years as a BIM Engineer, especially in lighting design.
  • Extra certifications in BIM or lighting design are a bonus.
  • Good knowledge of BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Docs.
  • Understanding of lighting design principles.
  • Experience with quality checks in BIM workflows.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Location: Kalkaji, Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 7:00 pm)
