Senior Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial projects, data center design, and master planning.

  1. Industrial Project Experience: The successful candidate will have 14+ years of experience in industrial projects, with a focus on advance manufacturing, new energy businesses, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, and FMCG projects.
  2. Data Center Expertise: They will also have 4+ years of experience in data center design, including hyper scale and retail scale projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent domain knowledge of master planning, concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings. They will be aware of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, and Twin motion.

The role involves:

  • Master Plan and Layout Preparation: Developing detailed master plans and layouts at the plot plan level.
  • Architectural Designs: Creating architectural designs and providing hands-on experience in working on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D presentations.
  • Façade & Fenestration: Conceptualizing and detailing facade and fenestration concepts, including options for look and feel, walkthroughs, and presentations.
  • Conceptualization and Design Basis Report: Preparing conceptual designs and design basis reports, meeting Uptime Institutes Tier standards.
  • BIM Modeling: Planning and guiding a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models, meeting LOD 100-400 requirements.
  • Tendering and Cost Estimation: Preparing site works tender documents, including specifications and bills of material, and estimating costs for architectural parts of the project.
  • Procurement Assistance: Providing technical clarifications, participating in pre-bid/post-bid meetings, conducting technical bid analysis, and preparing order specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university and registration with the Council of Architecture (COA). They should have excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
