Senior Project Manager Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead high-impact projects from inception to successful completion. As a senior project manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Project Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration across engineering, business, operations, and external partners to drive project outcomes.
  • Reporting and Mentoring: Provide regular, transparent reporting to leadership and stakeholders, and mentor junior project managers to strengthen the project management function.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Methodologies and Tools: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
