As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle for high-priority and strategically important initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Job Summary

Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful outcomes by managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
  • Client & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Project Management Expertise: Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.
