Key Responsibilities

  • We lead high-performing project teams, ensuring timely updates to senior members and acting as the primary point of contact for logistics. We oversee deliverables and tasks while effectively managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Our team conducts research activities independently, including designing high-quality screeners, questionnaires, and specifications. We conduct pilot interviews, facilitate client meetings, and ensure meticulous attention to detail and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • We initiate client relationships and drive business growth through marketing activities. We arrange meetings, draft client-focused proposals, and recognize potential business opportunities.
  • We provide effective coaching to colleagues, offer on-the-job feedback, guide workload planning, and lead teams to foster strong teamwork.

Requirements

  • A strong degree in any subject or professional qualification is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in research or a professional services organization are preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in a research-based project support role are desired.
  • 1-2 years of healthcare experience are essential.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • The ability to produce near-final interview materials and presentation drafts is required.
  • Solid project management skills and strong communication skills are necessary.
  • BASIC COACHING SKILLS AND COMPUTER PROFICIENCY IN OUTLOOK, WORD, POWERPOINT, AND EXCEL ARE EXPECTED.
