We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Main Duties:

Administration:

  1. Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs, schedules, and incident reports.
  2. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and maintained.
  3. Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Ensure that all employees are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.

Customer Service:

  1. Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, including prompt attention to their needs and concerns.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, including loyalty programs and special offers.
  3. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.

Financial:

  1. Manage cash handling and transactions, ensuring accurate records and minimal losses.
  2. Monitor and control expenses, including inventory, supplies, and labor costs.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Operational:

  1. Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  2. Manage and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  3. Coordinate and manage special events and functions, including weddings, conferences, and banquets.

Personnel:

  1. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
  2. Manage employee performance, including performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Other Duties:

  1. Perform other duties as required by management, including special projects and initiatives.
  2. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Occupational Health & Safety:

Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
